Our Policy

Our pricing policy is designed to protect both you and Marrakesh Voyage in the event something unforeseen prevents you from traveling with us.

* Please note that by sending Marrakesh Voyage LLC your payment, and the signing of this contract, you agree to our terms & conditions.

a) Payment

If you are making your reservation:

6 months+ before departure:
Deposit : 30% of the total amount is required for reservation
Balance is required 30 days prior to your arrival in Morocco

Less than 6 months before departure:
50% deposit of the total amount is required
Balance is required 30 days prior to your arrival in Morocco

Less than 30 days before departure:
Payment is due in full upon reservation

b) Cancellation policy

You must notify us in writing for any cancellations.

– Cancellation more than 60 days prior to your arrival date : 60% of the trip cost is refundable.
– Cancellation more than 30 days prior to your arrival date : 50% of the trip cost is refundable.
– Cancellation less than 30 days prior to your arrival date : 25% of the trip cost is refundable.
– Cancellation less than 15 days prior to your arrival date : 0% of the trip cost is refundable.

Responsibility Statement

Marrakesh Voyage accept responsibility for ensuring that the holiday you booked with us (land only) is supplied as described in this brochure or within your customized itinerary, and the services offered are at a reasonable standard. (Accommodations, transfers, car and driver, guide and certified guides for cities)

Complaints

In the event of any dissatisfaction with any service provided by the Company, the matter MUST be reported immediately to the organization concerned (i.e. Hotel Manager, Agents etc.) so that immediate action can be taken to remedy the problem. After the fact, the matter must be referred, in writing, to the Company within 10 days of client’s return. (Your driver/guide can act as your agent assistant for any problem while you are traveling around the country! Please report any problems can to him immediately.)

Itinerary Changes While In Morocco

Should you decide  to deviate from your planned itinerary during your trip, any additional expense resulting from such an action must be paid directly to those providing the service. No Refund Will Be Considered For Unused, Pre-booked Accommodation.

Cancellation / Delay  (Aircraft or Other Transportation)

We do not accept liability for any additional costs you may incur as a result of delays or cancellation of international or domestic flights, or any other transportation for any reason beyond our control. We regret that it is not possible to recover the cost of unused, pre-booked accommodation or service. Any additional costs involved in such a delay are to be met by the client. If delay is caused by technical problems, the airline will normally provide airport meals and accommodation where necessary. However, if caused by bad weather, strikes, traffic control etc., the airline will seldom offer any compensation as the delay is outside their control.

Travel Insurance

Customers are required to provide for themselves all necessary insurance against personal injury, loss, damage, theft, cancellation, delay etc.

Although we will do everything possible to ensure your safety and enjoyment during your stay, Marrakech Voyage is not liable for any personal injury or loss incurred while visiting Morocco. We recommend highly that you purchase travel insurance.
